We train in 3 levels accommodating all skill levels:
A | Learning to get comfortable with riding alone |
B | Learning to get comfortable riding in a peloton |
C | Racing and close high speed peloton riding |
In principle, everyone starts in the A group. Group assignment or exceptions are decided in consultation with the trainers and board.
Tuesday Track Training
